Position Summary
We are looking for General Laborers to join our growing field teams on demolition and remediation projects across the Coastal Bend and surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who are willing to work hard, learn fast, and grow with the company.
Experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidates. We offer incentives for TWIC holders, asbestos-certified workers, and those with hazmat training and a clean driving record.
Responsibilities
Assist in demolition, cleanup, and site prep activities
Operate hand tools, load debris, and handle materials as directed
Set up containments, barriers, and other safety equipment
Follow all safety protocols and wear proper PPE
Support foremen, supervisors, and equipment operators
Perform physical labor in various outdoor and indoor conditions
Work safely around asbestos, mold, or hazardous materials (if certified)
Requirements
Dependable with reliable transportation
Must pass drug screening and background check
Physically fit: able to lift, carry, bend, and work outdoors
Willingness to show up early, stay late, and learn from crew leaders
Must follow instructions and safety rules without compromise
Valid driver’s license strongly preferred
Preferred (Incentive-Based) Qualifications
Candidates with any of the following will receive priority consideration and higher starting pay:
TWIC Card
Asbestos Worker or Supervisor License
OSHA 10/30 Certification
Hazardous Material or Mold Remediation Training
Clean driving record
