Busy refinishing company looking to hire a prepper. This position can turn into a full time spray tech position. Responsibilities will include cleaning, masking, sanding, working with body filler, fiberglass, and other processes related to fine finish painting across a variety of locations. This position will turn into a spray tech position after on the job training. Must be reliable and have reliable transportation. Most of our work is performed on site for our clients. Must be able to work efficiently and without supervision on site. Must have good communication skills. Monday-Friday. Pay is hourly starting @15/hr based on experience with room for rapid advancement, based on performance. Spray tech position is commission based.
