I have a loan set up for renovating my home in Ingleside on the bay.
I need to put together a team that can do everything from foundation to roof to sheetrock plumbing and electrical.

There will also be some reno work done on other homes as well. So a lot of work and good pay!
Here is the catchthe bank will close on the loan so you know the money is funded to pay you, however payment cannot be made until the bank inspects each stage and then release the money for payment. No upfront payments available.
So, we would start with DEMO of 1000 square feet, bank inspects and pays. Then the next phase level the pier and beam foundation etc
