Responsibilities and Requirements:

Care for established landscaping and lawns by mulching, mowing, aerating, weeding, grubbing and removing thatch, trimming, and edging around flower beds.
Inspecting and repairing irrigation systems.
Lay Sod, load, unload and spread rock with shovels and other hand tools
Mix and spray or spread fertilizers, herbicides or insecticides onto grass, shrubs, and trees, using hand or automatic sprayers or spreaders.
Plant seeds, bulbs, foliage, flowering plants, grass, ground covers, trees, and shrubs, trimming trees and apply mulch for protection, using gardening tools.
Gather and remove litter throughout the property.
