We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Janitorial Crew Supervisor. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our janitorial operations. You will lead by example, overseeing and supporting our janitorial crew members to deliver exceptional service and maintain pristine environments.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of janitorial crew members, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
Coordinate and assign tasks to ensure timely completion of cleaning duties across multiple locations.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and adherence to cleaning standards.
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and performance evaluations of crew members.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and submit orders as necessary.
Communicate effectively with management, clients, and team members to address any concerns or issues promptly.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work, with at least [insert number] years of supervisory experience preferred.
