Seeking assistant property manager for an apartment community. Must understand assisted living, fixed income and low income living or must be willing to learn. Duties will include assisting the property manager, dealing with tenants issues, walking property as needed (passing notices, flyers, etc), answering the phone, filing, helping new tenants with the application process, inputting work orders. The majority of responsibilities are trainable. I am seeking a reliable, responsible and
eager to learn individual. You will get required to work Saturdays, with one week day off every week.
