We are looking for an office manager for our apartment community!
Job consists of:
Computer data entry
Collecting/depositing rent
Daily updating of rent roll in Appfolio
Marketing vacant units
home office (owner) communications/correspondence
Previous experience is preferred.
We are a small, privately family owned investment company, so we take a hands on approach to ensure proper training, guidance, and support.
An on-site apartment can be made available for the successful candidate, if desired.
