TCB Tax Service is still accepting applications for seasonal/part-time position of RECEPTIONIST for 2019 tax season. We are looking for persons that have P.M. availability, meaning work arrival time could be anywhere from 1:00PM, or 2:00PM, or 3:00 PM and work into the early evening (we close at 8PM). Saturday availability to work 9-5 is required. Some of the duties of this position include: answer phones; take detailed telephone messages; file folders; receive payments/cashier; greet and intake clients; electronically scan documents; schedule client appointments; re-stock and clean receptionist area, lobby, tax preparers area, bathroom, and kitchen. Other duties as directed by supervisor or owner.
MS WORD proficient; EXCEL knowledge preferred; Spanish speaking preferred; ability to work in standing position entire shift; interpersonal skills; ability to work closely with others; articulate; use of adding machine; flexibility; able to prioritize tasks on own; complex multiple tasking; able to accept/hand off tasks started or completed by other workers; able to take direction from multiple key staff members; able to help keep areas clean.
