We are a well-established Retail company with Multiple Retali location Corpus Christi, TX and surrounding cities.

We are currently looking to hire a full time admin assistant / receptionist in our main office.

Candidate job duties will be as follows:

- Female (preferred for the position) Bilingual is a plus but not a requirenment

- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

- Direct customers to appropriate department

- Keep reception/entrance area tidy and clean

- Receive sort and distribute daily mail

- Enter data, process, and file away documents correctly

- Contacting Store with update info

- Daily Accounting Data Entry

- Support departments as needed

- QuickBooks Bookkeeping: billing, invoicing, Payroll, payables and receivables.

- Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and email.

- Be able to work independently and with little supervision.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Professional Phone Etiquette.

- Excellent management and organization skills.

- Serving Office Visitors/Executive with Sanck, Water, Soda, Coffee

- 2+ years of administrative office experience.

- Visiting retaill locations for inspections and follow up.

- Setting up appointments with clients and make Travel arrangments for executives

- Must be within reasonable commuting distance (zip code 78415).

REQUIREMENTS:

-Professional, positive and friendly attitude

-Strong desire to stay productive - seeking tasks, if necessary

-Professional appearance, dress and demeanor

-Basic skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

-Strong attention to detail

-Excellent spelling, punctuation and grammar in all written materials, including email

-Willingness to learn new things and participate in cross training within the Admin Department

-Strong team player; consideration for and the ability to work closely with all Admin team members

-Consistent punctuality

Qualifications

-I am over 18 years of age.

-I have a high school diploma or GED.

-I have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an office environment.

-I have intermediate or greater skills in Microsoft Word 2010 and Excel 2010.

-I have 40-50 words per minute (WPM) Typing Speed.

-I have strong Quickbooks Accounting skills. (Traning will be provided)

-I have strong written and verbal language skills.
