The Medve Group, Inc. is actively seeking a polished and professional assistant manager at Saratoga Cove Apartments in the Corpus Christi, TX.
The ideal candidate will be expected to generate traffic through various marketing efforts, scheduling of appointments and providing tours. Additionally, he/she will be responsible for assisting with all property operations including: resident relations, event planning, vendor management & leasing.
Requirements:
1+ years of relevant industry experience
Experience in sales, leasing, networking and/or outreach marketing
Professional phone etiquette
Excellent written and verbal skills
Strong computer proficiency
Polished and professional demeanor
