Local Real Estate Field Rep – Contract Position (Corpus Christi)
A successful residential real estate house-flipping firm is expanding into the Corpus Christi market, and we’re looking for a reliable and professional Contract Agent to be our local boots on the ground.
Position Overview:
As a Contract Agent, you will assist with various property-related tasks on houses we already have under contract. This is a part-time, as-needed, contract role ideal for someone with flexible availability and experience in real estate or construction.
Responsibilities Include:
Visit properties under contract and walk the interior/exterior
Take detailed photos of the property
Place lockboxes on doors (as needed)
Build rapport with sellers and act as our local representative
Provide a basic condition report on the property
Drive the surrounding neighborhood for visual insights
Coordinate and show the property to contractors or buyers
Serve as a local liaison between our company and parties involved
Ideal Background:
Experience in any of the following is preferred but not required:
Real estate sales or wholesaling
Home rehabbing, remodeling, Inspection or construction
Field work for investors or brokers
Compensation:
This is a contractor position paid per visit/task
Flexible schedule – work as needed
