Work on the beach. We are beachfront complex with 72 individually owned condo's.
Hiring Full Time Maintenance- Must have experience in residential maintenance work- Diagnosing and repair off appliances, plumbing, TV's., basic painting knowledge. You will be working with a team and some times independently. Must be a self starter and able to stay busy with out hand holding. Shifts will very. 7-3, 10-7 weekends and weekdays.
Hiring Full Time Housekeeping- Attention to detail. Cleaning short term rental (hotel) experience is a must. We supply all cleaning products. Shifts are 8am to 4:30 most days. Must be able to work weekends.
Both positions require a background check.
All full time employees are eligible for full benefits at 60days of employment. Great insurance package- the company pays all but $80 a month for employees. End of year Bonuses and Free nights stay (after a year of employment).
To be considered for hire applicants have to have reliable transportation and a Drivers License.
