`Duties```
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of refrigeration systems, including air conditioning units and appliances
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with refrigeration systems and components
- Repair or replace defective parts, such as compressors, motors, or coils
- Install new refrigeration systems or components as needed
- Test and adjust system performance using specialized tools and equipment
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines when working with refrigerants and other hazardous materials
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections
```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Refrigeration Technician or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for equipment repair
- Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and welding principles is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Must be certified and can pass a backround check and drug screen.
