MUST BE CARDED WITH REFINERIES OIL & GAS DELIVERY DRIVER
Responsibilities: - Safely and efficiently operate a tanker truck to transport various types of materials - Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment, such as forklifts or pumps - Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on the road and at delivery sites - Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in proper working condition - Plan and execute routes in a timely manner to meet delivery schedules - Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members - Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage Qualifications: - Valid CDL with tanker endorsement - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a tanker driver or similar role - Knowledge of operating manual transmission vehicles - Familiarity with route driving and navigating various locations - Ability to load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment (e.g., forklifts) - Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment Skills: - Load/unload experience - Flatbed experience - Manual transmission operation - Route driving proficiency - Tanker truck operation knowledge - Delivery driver expertise - Tractor-trailer operation skills - Forklift operation capability - Freight handling experience - Dump truck operation familiarity Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
