We are looking to hire pump operators for our operating base in Refugio, Texas. Requirements for pump operators:
Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
2 yrs.+ experience in oilfield equipment operation and handling
Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements
Good driving record
No criminal history (State bureau checks performed)
Must comply with companys policy of zero tolerance for drugs and alcohol
Additionally, operators are required to be on-call anytime during the day. Working schedules will be dependent based on activity.
Compensation and Benefits Information:
Hourly: commensurate with experience ($21 - $25/hr; min. $21/hr. with overtime benefits)
Typical utilization: 50 80 hrs. per week
Performance based incentives after 90 days

Job Responsibilities:
Operating pumping and blending equipment as per job requirements
Assisting in rigging equipment up and down
Reviewing and modifying job plans as per requirement in consultation with client, operators, management and engineering crew
Handling materials on site/locations
Cleaning and maintaining equipment
Rebuilding tools used in the servicing of the well
Maintaining a clean shop and work area
Performing other tasks and duties as assigned
