An established healthcare organization West of the Fort Worth area is actively seeking a Manager Clinic Operations to join their outstanding leadership team!
This physician practice clinic is associated with a nearby 60+ bed short term acute care hospital, which has earned accreditation by The Joint Commission, is a designated Trauma Center, and offers a range of medical services to patients in the surrounding communities.Hospital services offered include: advanced cardiovascular services,bariatricweight loss surgery and minimally invasive surgical services, award-winning maternity care, 24-hour emergency services, and more.The hospital has also recently earned designation as an Accredited Chest Pain Center.
The Manager Clinic Operations will join the hospital healthcareleadership team to facilitate patient care throughout the medical practice, ensuring outstanding patient care outcomes and delivery of high quality care. The HealthcareClinic Operations Manager will oversee a medical group of less than 25 physicians, and will manage recruitment and retention of support staff, prepare budgets and reports, order equipment and medical supplies, in addition to establishing and managing clinic billing practices. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position; Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred. 5-7 years of previousmedical group practice experience is also required.
