Description We are seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Cypress, Texas. This role involves providing tech support to our diverse clientele from various industries including O& G, medical, real estate, industrial, among others. The position allows for a flexible work arrangement with half the time spent working from home and the other half in the office. This is a contract to hire employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Identify and address customer needs, ensuring efficient and accurate solutions Handle various tech projects, demonstrating proficiency with Windows and Mac OS, as well as Azure, Cisco, and Fortinet among other technologies Perform fundamental network troubleshooting, escalating issues as needed Manage and maintain hardware like switches and routers, ensuring optimal performance Liaise with a team of help desk analysts to provide superior customer service Utilize tools such as Ateira, Screen connect, and Blue merra for diverse tasks Maintain and update customer records regularly, guaranteeing accuracy and confidentiality Take necessary action on customer accounts based on monitoring results Educate customers on the use of different tools and applications Stay updated with the latest tech trends and apply the knowledge in day-to-day tasks. Requirements Proficiency in Citrix Technologies and Dell Technologies is essential. Knowledge and experience with EO/IR systems is required. Familiarity with Mac Computers is beneficial. Strong understanding of Microsoft platforms, including Active Directory, is expected. Ability to troubleshoot and repair Computer Hardware is necessary. Prior experience in Configuration Management and Deployments is preferred. Experience with Deskside Support is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server is a must. Proficiency in MS Office 365 and Azure Active Directory is expected. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team is required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment is necessary. Willingness to continually learn and stay updated with the latest industry changes and advancements is expected. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
