DescriptionPurpose & ScopeProvide technical oversight of a multi-site enterprise level WAN, including planning, implementation/expansion, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This position will be responsible for maintaining the network and computer systems for Dalhart including both hardware and software.Principal Responsibilities Functions may include but are not limited to:
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
Respond to queries either in person or over the phone
Maintain daily performance of computer systems
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
Install computer peripherals for users
Coordinate maintenance of security cameras and systems
Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved
Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center
Work closely with departmental managers to determine the maintenance and growth needs of the network
Travel: Frequent travel 30-mile radius. Periodic travel out of area.The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits :
