Qualifications:
1+ years experience managing $1M+ landscape contracts
2+ years customer service, management, and leadership experience in an organization in landscaping industry or local marketplace
2+ year's managing work crews, valid driver's license, proficiency with Microsoft Outlook Suite, ability to see the big picture, a “hands on” manager, dependable and accountable, prefers fast pace environment.
Some of the responsibilities:
As an account manager you will learn to manage and grow City of Dallas and Dart accounts. The Account Manager is responsible for achieving revenue, profitability, and contract renewal goals through the delivery of outstanding service and strong client relationships while continuing to grow the current customer base business through new sales/business development. Perform site walk-throughs with clients to ensure quality and service expectations are met. Facilitate the resolution of client concerns to ensure renewal. Drive customer satisfaction and retention by understanding the needs of our customer.
Promote high standards for customer service and safety in a positive team environment. Provide excellent service and communication in a constructive, courteous manner with a focus on problem solving. Manage and motivate assigned frontline team members to meet company standards and ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to clients’ needs and objections.
