POSITION OVERVIEW
We are currently looking for an A/P Specialist who has good accounting skills and the desire to learn and grow their skill base. This position reports directly to the company controller who is located in San Francisco and will office in the Richardson Texas facility after initial training. This proactive, multi-tasked position is responsible for, but not limited to the following:
Vouching invoices
Issue vendor checks
Reconcile vendor accounts
Maintain vendor information and files
Issue purchase orders
Process weekly payroll
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking a detailed, organized candidate with:
Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Computer and technology knowledge. Accounting software experience with QUICKBOOKS is a plus.
