Experienced Bookkeeper with Personality
Booming Southlake/Grapevine CPA Firm seeks an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper with personality who walks on water occasionally! Grumpy bookkeepers need not apply. Income tax experience is certainly a plus. Compensation is above the norm. High retention rate for employees hired.
Associates Degree in Accounting or a few hours of accounting classes is a plus.

We are looking for an exceptional person who has the desire and the potential to be a Full-Charge Bookkeeper and with the responsibilities not limited to:
Create financial statements and related financial reports using QuickBooks
Create payroll tax reports, sales tax reports and related reports using QuickBooks
Reconcile bank accounts and credit card accounts
Maintain an orderly filing system and chart of accounts
Knowledge of Income-Tax Basis General Ledger Bookkeeping and accounting principles
Fluency in QuickBooks
Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
