Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field required
10+ years of experience in Oracle Financials
Strong financial & business background with experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Financials EBS R12, 11i
Global experience with implementations of full life cycles of Oracle E Business Suite Applications in Financial areas
Previous experience integrating PA module with other EBS modules like Inventory & Financials
Excellent analytical skills and understanding of business processes, and ability to work in a customized Oracle Applications Environment
Ability to suggest system improvements and process enhancements
Ability to help develop new module suggestions; module setups and errors
Ability to interface with the systems group
Experience in writing Test cases and execution of test scenarios
Ability to write basic Oracle PL/SQL queries
Strong MS Office Suite skills
The Oracle Functional Analyst (Lead Financial Systems Analyst) will have the responsibility to be proactive in understanding and assessing accounting, financial reporting and analysis systems as assigned and to identify areas to strengthen the operational effectiveness and excellence, leverage technology and improve the quality of process, programs or applications for the business area(s). Daily Responsibilities:
Support the finance organization in life cycle of – requirements gathering, gap analysis, functional design review, testing and user training
Effectively communicate and guide business users by providing functional knowledge of Oracle EBS R12
Work closely with Finance and Supply Chain business units to support global users
Ability to provide on-call support (occasionally outside of normal hours) in the event of production issues
