Small, family owned and operated company looking for part-time bookkepper for Quickbook Desktop based system. The Pig Pen Inc. is an industrial supplier and pipeline pig manufacturer serving the oil/gas, petrochemical and manufacturing industries. Responsibilities:
-AR
-AP
-Invoicing
-Management of accounting inbox
-Maintaining paper files of accounting records
Ideal person is Type A, detailed oriented, person familiar with Quickbooks Desktop system, Microsoft Outlook, and payment portals (i.e. iSupplier, Coupa, Smart GEP, and Ariba). This is an in-office position in Farmers Branch. Bookkeeper would report to CFO.
