We focus on U.S. and international clients, offering tax compliance, financial reporting, and consulting services. We are also an IRS-Certified Acceptance Agent.

We are seeking a Tax Intern who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. This internship provides hands-on experience in tax preparation, financial reporting, and project management, with the potential to transition into a full-time position starting January 1, 2026.

Responsibilities

Assist with individual and corporate tax compliance, including preparing federal and state returns

Support preparation and review of financial statements for clients in various industries

Perform basic tax research and help identify compliance issues or planning opportunities

Work on project-based assignments under guidance from senior team members

Manage multiple tasks under deadlines, ensuring accuracy and quality in all work

Collaborate with the tax team while maintaining self-drive, time management, and independence in assigned work

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related field

Basic knowledge of individual and corporate tax concepts preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and other MS Office tools

Strong self-management and time management skills; able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to develop professional skills

Strong communication and teamwork skills
