These are commission-based opportunities with uncapped earning potential. Many of our team members earn $1,000 – $10,000+ weekly during tax season depending on role and performance.

1. Tax Preparer (Entry-Level)
No experience required — training provided.
Provide In Season Advanced Loans up to $7,500 to clients.
Prepare individual tax returns for clients.

2. ERO (Electronic Return Originator)
No Experience required.
Provide In Season Advanced Loans up to $7,500 to clients.
Prepare individual tax returns for clients.
Flexible, work-from-home or office options.
Manage your own team of tax preparers.
Access to bank products, software, and direct IRS e-filing.
3. Service Bureau
No Experience Required
Elite-level opportunity for leaders.
Provide branded software and support to EROs.
Build and scale your own tax network
