We are hiring an Assistant Community Manager for our 200-unit apartment community in East Dallas (C-class neighborhood).
Requirements:
Bilingual: Spanish & English
Minimum 3 years of property management (C-class communities preferred)
Proven success with collections and lease-ups
Strong customer service, resident relations, and communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Experience with ResMan is an asset
Ability to step into the Property Manager role when needed
