As a Business Systems Analyst, you will serve as a project liaison. You will be responsible for understanding and documenting user needs and transforming those needs into requirements used to deploy solutions that will meet the sponsor's objectives.
Additional responsibilities:
Providing complex analysis services translating user needs into detailed specifications
Generating requirements documentation through facilitated work sessions or individual interviews with sponsors and stakeholders and manage changes to those requirements
Facilitating and participating in discussions, which may include ensuring that solutions with multiple alternatives have been evaluated and are able to meet business requirements
Facilitating discussions in order to obtain agreements and commitments between business unit(s) and service delivery organizations, from initial requirements to final implementation
