This Superintendent / Field Production Manager position is to run our Crews and Field Operations in Dallas. Must be bilingual. Our company performs Restoration & Repair on the exterior of occupied Commercial Buildings, Hotels, Condos, Apartment and Parking Garages performing restoration, waterproofing and structural repairs. We install Waterproofing, Sealants, Stucco, EIFS, Masonry, Coatings, Painting, Glazing, Concrete Repair, Roofing and perform Structural Repair on Parking Garages. Most of our work comes from repair specs that a consultant has put together or directly with the Property Managers. We have about (40) Field employees in our Dallas Crew and work on approximately from 15+ jobs currently. Candidate does not need to have college experience or degree, but it is a plus. MUST have a minimum of (10) years+ construction management experience. This experience must include directly supervising field workers and as well as Project Management. We can train the person on the specifics of our industry. What we need is a very smart, driven, self-starter with exceptional; problem-solving – mentoring – leadership skills.
