This is a highly regulated industry - one must go through a state approved pre-licensing course before being allowed to sit for the state licensing exam, and then a background check must be completed
This is a 1099 independently contracted commission selling position
You will be selling life insurance ONLY to people who have already reached out and asked for someone to help them with life insurance (qualified leads = no cold calling)

Start off at 80% commission level with the opportunity to have a 5% raise every 1-2 months, with 130% being the top
