Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking for a Project Engineer to join a client in the Dallas area. Our ideal candidate will have experience in construction, primarily civil construction.
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Develop and maintain project schedules using construction management software.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met.
Prepare and review project documentation, including schematics and estimates.
Utilize tools such as Bluebeam for plan reviews and markups.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise on-site.
Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals using ProCore or Prolog software.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills
Proficient in project management methodologies with a strong focus on construction management.
Experience with construction estimating and coordination is highly desirable.
Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, or similar tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in civil construction is a must.
