The type of person we are looking for:
Customer Service Driven - willing and able to manage client concerns, handle conflict resolution, support direct client contact appreciation initiatives.
Employee Management - at least 3 years’ experience with others working as a team leader, setting an example that others are willing to follow.
Not Afraid to Get Dirty - our company is founded on work hard / play hard principles. We install the world’s only all-natural commercial grade surface coating. Leading by example in the early stages of an operation means being willing to educate others to install floors using the company approved methods. This can mean moving 50 lb containers of product, hand rolling material onto concrete floors all day, and other physically demanding activities.
Sales Oriented - sales support will be provided by a local agent, however everyone in our company has a sales mentality, to find and close new customer opportunities at every turn. As part of your pay will be based on a commission of both the top and bottom number of your operation, adding more sales is like putting money in your own pocket. You will be involved in the marketing strategy for your area, your suggestions will be heard.
Organized - we look for a manager that can keep neat and orderly filing system, submit standard company reports in a timely manner, keep a clean office, and has experience in time management.
Computer Skills & Financials - have a working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, able to type at a decent rate, and can read basic financial reports such as a Profit and Loss Statement, Inventory reports and others. We won’t bog you down in paperwork, because we don’t like it much either, but some reporting is all part of good business.
