National Telecom Service is searching for experienced Bilingual Customer Care Sales Agents to join our team. The Customer Care Associate will use their outgoing personality, eagerness to learn, and continued learning to help support the inbound sales team and customer support using enthusiasm, sales and service experience to assist the on-site marketing and sales team.
Fun Atmosphere - Contest - In office vaping allowed. We are on the bus line but transpiration to the office is a must.
Weekly Pay - $15 to $18 per hour Plus Commissions and Spiffs
Ability to get your commissions paid daily! That is money in your pocket every day! Plus, your weekly check.
Easily make $700 to $1200 plus every week working part-time!
Looking for experienced Telecom call center agents but other sales call center experience will be considered!
Customer Care Associate Responsibilities:
Execute sales and marketing plans and operational functions to company standards
Participate in product/service knowledge training on behalf of management
Execute sales presentation to potential customers that call in or through Social Media platforms
Assist customers with any questions they may have in regard to products and their services offered
Ensure highest level of sales and customer service resulting in increased productivity and achieving goals
Assist the sales team with any day-to-day administrative support as requires
Customer Care Associate Qualifications:
Proven ability to set and achieve goals
Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a company
Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers
Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced
