ROLE IMPACT
Join a Fortune 500 company delivering critical support to customers during open enrollment. This role ensures clients receive accurate and timely assistance with benefits inquiries, helping to resolve claims issues and maintain a high level of service satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers regarding benefits troubleshooting
Document detailed claim and service issues in client systems
Collaborate with internal teams and follow up with insurance carriers to resolve customer concerns
Participate in Zoom meetings during work hours with a professional, camera-ready presence
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
MUST be Spanish Bilingual
2+ years of recent call center experience (benefits service center highly preferred)
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent customer service and multitasking skills
College degree preferred
