United Auto Credit is hiring Bilingual Customer Service & Collections Representatives to help customers stay on track with their auto loans.
What You’ll Do:
- Make/receive calls to assist customers with early-stage delinquent accounts
- Provide solutions to help customers avoid repossession and stay current
- Use auto-dialer and computer systems to track and document accounts
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly goals for calls and payments
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual in English & Spanish (required)
- 1–2 years collections/customer service experience (auto-dialer preferred)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills
- Reliable, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Pay & Benefits:
- $15–$16/hr
- Monthly performance bonus (avg. $500+)

Schedule:
- Mon–Fri shifts: 3 Days (7–4pm, 8–5pm, 9–6pm) and 2 Days (11–8pm, or 1–10pm)
- Every other Saturday required
