This is a Customer Service role where you will be answering phones, supporting healthcare providers with timesheet correction errors and technical support regarding people recording their work hours for their jobs through online portals. We will train you on how to operate portals pertaining to Accumen and DCI. (Having experience dealing with other of those is a plus. To qualify for this REMOTE position, you must have at least 1+ year of experience working in a high volume call center and a home computer that can support high-speed workflow.
Required Skills:
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to handle high call volumes
- Must be able to respond to inquires in a timely manner
- Must have personal working space and home computer with at least 8gigs of available RAM
