Car Rental Agency in Irving
Job Description:
We seek a motivated and friendly Car Rental Agent to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet and welcome customers
Execute Car Rental agreements
Payment processing
Vehicle inspection before and after
Cleaning:
Ensuring that Rental cars are kept clean.
Maintenance:
Dropping cars for maintenance and picking them up.
Picking parts from dealerships occasionally.
Shuttle:
Picking and dropping off customers to and from the airport and other areas
Office:
Ensuring adequate office supplies
Keeping the office clean
Other:
Other duties as may be assigned by management.
Basic Qualifications:
Good communication
Good Driving record
Basic Computer skills
Fast and efficient in executing duties
Follow instructions easily
Flexible Schedule
Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish)
Must have a means of transport/car
Must keep time
Schedule: Mainly, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 10 am to 6 pm, occasionally other days as needed.
Pay: $12/hr (Contractor, No taxes deducted, 1099)
