Responsibilities:
- Surface care: This includes dusting, sanitizing, cleaning glass and mirrors, polishing metal and wood, and cleaning blinds and draperies.
- Floor care: Vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting. Must be able to use a backpack vacuum or upright vacuum.
- Waste removal: Emptying trash and recycle bins and transporting trash and waste to proper disposal areas.
- Compliance: Comply with Alpine’s safety rules, policies, procedures, protocols, and regulations and follow all of Alpine’s protocols, procedures, policies, and regulations.
- Directions: Take direction and respond to supervision.
- Safety: Using proper personal protective equipment and understanding chemical usage and application.
- Professionalism: Presenting a professional appearance and conduct.
- Supply replenishment: Replenishing supplies in bathrooms and break rooms as necessary.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is advantageous.
- Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks thoroughly.
- Independence: Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Physical ability: Must be able to perform the job mechanics, including standing, kneeling, pushing, and reaching.
- Background check: Must be able to pass a background check, but we are background-friendly.
Compensation:
$300 Sign On Bonus - Divided into six payments.
$1k Retention payout after 1st year in good standing.
