Customer Service Representative

Dispatch or service industry (Plumbing, Electrical , HVAC) experience a plus

Essential Job Functions: Promptly and warmly meet, greet and answer phone calls and directing the customer to the appropriate representative or department, Enter new customers info into system, Order parts and supplies for office, Schedule and dispatch technicians to jobs, Maintain Excel spreadsheets for vehicle, parts and others Quickbooks updates Run financial reports, May cross train to perform other duties

Essential Job Skills: High School education or equivalent, Previous experience in a high-standard customer service environment preferred, Excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills, Strong ability to take initiative, coupled with leadership skills and the ability to take charge of a situation, Strong sense of personal responsibility and reliability, with the desire to work as an integral member of a team. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, Ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base

Computer skills: MS Office, Kickserv, Quickbooks or Accounting skills a plus We are an equal employment opportunity employer.

Job Duties: Answer incoming customer inquiries, Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies, Record customer information within our customer service database, Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns, Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies, Other duties as requested
