CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Responsibilities include entering Sales Orders in a timely manner, into our JobBoss ERP system. Acting as a liaison between customers and our company managers/owner. Position is responsible for assisting with orders, accounting questions, billing and other queries.
Primary responsibilities:
Answer telephones and email in a professional manner to receive orders from customers and verify order information.
Greet customers warmly, handle basic questions and route technical and sales questions to others if they arise. Follow up with customer questions.We are looking for someone who is self-motivated to keep our customers happy.
The position should be the person to receive orders from assigned customers and make the job router instructions for the shop (from electronic templates.)
They will process all receiving documents for orders placed with the company.
Help to compile reports for production manager for new orders and the existing sales orders by ship date for him to schedule production.
Participate in production meetings to verify what product lead times are on time, and if an order will be late, you can politely let the customer know.
Skills required:
Complete and Extensive MRP Experience Preferred
Knowledge of General Accounting Skills a plus
Experience in JobBoss a plus but not required
Fabrication knowledge is a plus but not required.
