We are a commercial insurance brokerage. Most of our clients are other agents (like Farmers, Nationwide and other independent agents). They come to us for the commercial clients. We have contracts with the insurance companies. We are hiring for a customer service representative, that will eventually move into quoting and binding (a producer position). To be a producer, you will need to be licensed (which we pay for). A customer service representative will work incoming emails all day, process endorsements (changes), set and follow up on diaries, help with renewals, quotes and policy documents. The job is 8am – 5pm M-F. All my employees work from home after training. You would be required to have a designated work area in your home. Training will be done either at the office or at my home office. It will probably take at least 2 months to train. We do not offer medical benefits.
