Seeking 1-2 Entry Level Customer Care Representatives for full-time remote positions. Qualified candidate must have 3+ years experience in professional phone-based customer service, excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent English, strong attention to detail, and able to resolve client issues. Need to be able to work as part of a team, multitask, and follow detailed directions. Must be able to work Mon-Fri 9am-6pm EST, have own updated laptop (2-3 years old max) with 2 monitors, high-speed internet, dedicated workspace, and be willing to work on Zoom at all times.
