Job Description:
We are seeking experienced debt collectors with a proven track record in handling outbound collections. In this role, you will be responsible for making 150 outbound calls per day, connecting with commercial businesses to collect overdue balances from other businesses. We value individuals who can maintain professionalism, display strong communication skills, and thrive in a results-driven environment. Knowledge of Lariat CRM is a plus!
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to recover commercial debts
Identify, research, and contact businesses with outstanding balances
Negotiate and secure payment plans or settlements
Maintain detailed records of interactions and payment arrangements
Meet and exceed monthly production targets
Work Schedule:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
No nights, no holidays

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in debt collections or similar roles
Strong negotiation skills and phone presence
Ability to make 150 outbound calls per day
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
Previous experience in commercial collections is a plus
