Critter Control has been the leader in Wildlife Management in Dallas Fort Worth for over 39 years! We are growing and need two new team members to help our growing business! We are looking to hire two motivated people to our call center staff, details below!
Duties & Responsibilities
A Call Center Representative is in charge of answering customer calls, booking appts, listening to their concerns and solving problems. They handle both inbound and outbound phone conversations with clients to make sure everyone quickly gets the help they need.
Ability to identify, assess, and resolve customer concerns in a timely fashion.
Effectively communicate with coworkers, customers and management.
Manage daily route, leads, and office expert assignments. Assist team with all appointment types.
Manage route efficiency Manage individual KPIs and Essential Job Requirements
Assist customers with inquiries
Other Responsibilities: When applicable participate in cross training within other CC departments Assist with non recurring tasks as needed Occasional customer data entry update tasking Provide feedback in order to improve processes when prompted
Job Type:
Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $21.00
