FOR THE EXPERIENCED CANDIDATE;
Your pay scale can be adjusted according to your skill level! After a phone or office interview, we will invite you to join us in on a minimum of two paid "field interview(s)" ($18 hrly) this is where you can demonstrate to us that you are able to correctly diagnose and repair various malfunctions that we typically find with RESIDENTIAL and sometimes larger commercial properties. If you demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of swimming pool repairs, and are able to correctly asses, and repair issues we introduce you to out in the field, (inclusive of but not limited to PUMP SHAFT SEALS, WORK RELIABILITY, MULTIPORT REPLACEMENTS, FILTERS REPLACEMENTS, HEATER REPAIRS - DILLIGENCE WITH ONLINE WORK ORDERS, GAS & ELECTRIC etc) we can offer a starting hrly wage of $26.00. (NOT INCLUDING EARNED BONUSES)
Eligibility for raises beyond this are offered after 60 day probation and excellent reliability, communication and workmanship are rewarded with bonuses inside of that 60-day probation period.
