The position requires at least one year of customer service experience with a printing or copy company, attention to detail, proficiency with numbers, and familiarity and comfort with computers, desktop printers, Outlook, and web-based applications. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering phone calls, handling inquiries, processing orders accurately and promptly, maintaining a clean and organized work area, filing office documents, and performing other duties as assigned. To succeed, the candidate must be punctual, have excellent attendance, follow instructions, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
