We are an international company seeking an organized, practical, and action-oriented Customer Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient communication between our customers and operations teams, providing timely and accurate information flow.

Role Overview:

The Customer Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer interactions, maintaining organized documentation, and promptly communicating important information. This role requires someone who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and a strong sense of follow-through.

Location: Work from home

Employment Type: Part-time (with potential for full-time after trial period)

Compensation: Base salary + bonuses for each successfully completed task

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and Sort Billing: Efficiently sort and manage bills, ensuring timely processing.

Client Information Management: Accept and accurately record new client information.

File Organization: Keep records and files in order, maintaining clear and accessible documentation.

Funding Follow-Up: Track and follow up on any delayed funding to support timely resolution.

Bank Reconciliations: Compile reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.

Task Resolution: Address and resolve tasks promptly to ensure smooth operations.

Email and Administrative Support: Provide responsive email support and additional administrative assistance as needed.

This role does not involve sales or client sourcing; you will have access to our established client database. Your role will focus on building positive relationships and informing clients about the benefits of our services.

Additional Details:

You will work closely with a Supervisor, providing updates on your progress and reporting on completed tasks. No upfront investments are required, and we offer comprehensive, free training to help you succeed in this role.
