Job Includes:
Welcoming customers by greeting them.
Scheduling service appointments
Advising customers with information on the range of services we offer.
Advising customers of additional suggested services needed.
Providing quotations and checking product availability.
Checking out customers & Process payments.
Ordering and checking in parts to be Dispatched to Technicians.
Stock merchandising in the proper bin location.
Communicating/ordering parts with dealers and parts suppliers.
