On Track Equipment in Weatherford, Tx is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team.
This position plays a critical role in On Track’s daily operations as a liaison between customers and the service department. The Service Advisor supports the goals and objectives of the Lead Service Advisor, Parts & Service Director, and General Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communications / Customer Service
1. Greet customers, listen to concerns, and recommend services
2. Clearly explain services, costs, and timelines
3. Consistently provide updates
4. Provide a professional customer experience
Support Workflow Coordination
1. Create, review, and update work orders
2. Work through Lead Advisor or Service Director to ensure all work orders are scheduled & schedule is revised as needed
3. Coordinate with parts department to secure needed parts
4. Verify repairs are performed and completed
5. Contact customers when services are completed
6. Keep work area and department clean and professional in appearance
Participate in Store-Wide Efforts to Service Customers
1. Assist technicians with support tasks where skill level and safety permits
2. Assist sales department with support tasks within scope of ability
3. Assist parts department with support tasks within scope of ability
Qualifications & Skills
Mechanical knowledge / background
Minimum 2 years experience as a service advisor
Knowledge of tractors and/or outdoor power equipment preferred
