JD: Technology - Insurance Domain Key Skills - • Knowledge on Insurance Domain (P&C or Life & Annuities) and understanding of Agency/Brokerage working • Ability to break up I to user stories,write elaborate user stories, acceptance criteria. • Experience in Data mapping, Data validation and Data Reconciliation • Interpret and analyze detailed design documents outlining gaps and/or issues, assuring coverage of business requirements • Requirements Change Management skills • Sound knowledge on JIRA,Visio, Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, and Excel), and Prototype design tools (Pencil, XMind, etc.) • Good interpersonal and communications skills(written/verbal) • Interviewing skills to understand customer needs • Performs various types of analysis related to business and system changes/bugs/enhancements (gap, impact, risk, etc.) • Job Description - • 5 to 7 years of experience as BA in Insurance domain • Conduct discovery workshops • Work closely with Product Owner/Business SME team to understand requirements & needs • Perform functional & impact analysis to identify business needs • Communicate requirements with minimal direction and guidance. Acts as liaison between the PO/Business SME and project team • Participate in technical requirements and design sessions • Design wireframes/dashboards visual aids • Perform functional/acceptance testing • Coordinate with business stakeholders for User Acceptance testing & training.
