Youth League Tennis (YLT) was created by Laura Kassirer, a former Wimbledon player, so all kids can learn and compete with players of equal level in their own community. YLT is open to kids ages 5-14, beginner through intermediate players.
Goal: To grow the game of tennis, introduce families to local quality tennis pros, and help kids get ready to play High School tennis.
We are looking to hire tennis coaches ages 18 and older to teach back-to-back groups of kids for our ongoing 8-week session to start in Mid March. Sessions meet Spring, Summer and Fall on Saturday and Sundays.
Location: Timber Creek High - Saturdays.
We are Hiring Coaches to work with kids from 2:00pm-5:30pm. Shifts may be shorter, during this time.
Location: Coppell High - Sundays.
We are Hiring Coaches to work with kids from 2:30pm-7:30pm. Shifts may be shorter, during this time.
All coaches are hired as part time employees and if driving more than 20 minutes each way, we compensate for drive time as well.
Assistant Coaches are paid: $20/hour - $35/hour depending upon experience/age.
We are looking for reliable, positive, personable, engaging, energetic individuals who want to help grow the game of tennis and enjoy working with kids. We would love to talk to anyone who played at a 4.0 level or higher! This is also a perfect job for coaches or college students looking for part-time work, to expand your network, and/or meet additional families in your area! Coaches must be 17 years or older. Applicants 19 or under must have experience teaching clinics/camps.
We provide: tennis balls for each level, personalized medals, and progress reports for all participants. Kids bring their own rackets.
